Description:
SAIC has an opening for a Material Control Specialist located in Anniston, AL.
The Material Control Specialist will be responsible for the following:
Accept excess, unserviceable/serviceable, or other property from hand receipt holders and complete appropriate documentation to maintain automated accountability records.
Complete requisitions and research sources in support of identified requirements.
Perform warehouse duties when required.
Performs inventory management related duties including elements of item management, materials coordination and inventory control.
Supporting tasks include operation of electric or manual pallet jacks and cargo vehicles.
Task will require lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
Post all action documents affecting inventory in a timely manner to the appropriate hand receipt.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school education or equivalent and 2+ years of technical training/experience.
Required:
3 plus years of experience with Microsoft Office (Computer Technology) -
Desired:
Experience with SharePoint for Publishing and Collaboration (Tools / Vendor Experience)
Must be a U.S. Citizen

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
