In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory.
Receives and resolves customer complaints.
Provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery.
Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions.
May provide work guidance to other staff.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. A one-year probationary period is required upon selection.

This is a FLEXIBLE (FLEX) position. FLEX employees serve in a continuing position on a scheduled or an as-needed basis. There is no upper limit to the number of hours a FLEX employee may work. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
