SAIC has an immediate need for a Help Desk Specialist located in Anniston, Alabama.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The candidate will provide phone, email and online support to end users needing assistance with the web-based FEMA Student Identification (SID) registration site, CDP's Training Administration System (CTAS), and NTE Training Analytics site. The candidate will assist with system testing, end user training, and issue tracking and resolution. The candidate will generate and maintain an accurate and current log of all help desk related requests and document problems and issues as well as provide feedback and suggestions for improving system functionality. In addition, the candidate will identify and report trending issues that indicate system, network or other related failure(s) and perform troubleshooting errors and testing solutions.
TYPICAL EDUCATION: High school education or equivalent and 2+ years technical training.
REQUIRED SKILLS: The candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products for documentation, reporting, and tracking purposes.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
