SAIC has an immediate need for a Help Desk Specialist located in Anniston, Alabama.
Job Description: The candidate will provide phone, email and online support to end users needing assistance with the web-based FEMA Student Identification (SID) registration site, CDP's Training Administration System (CTAS), and NTE Training Analytics site. The candidate will assist with system testing, end user training, and issue tracking and resolution. The candidate will generate and maintain an accurate and current log of all help desk related requests and document problems and issues as well as provide feedback and suggestions for improving system functionality. In addition, the candidate will identify and report trending issues that indicate system, network or other related failure(s) and perform troubleshooting errors and testing solutions.
Qualifications:
TYPICAL EDUCATION: High school education or equivalent and 2
years technical training.
REQUIRED SKILLS: The candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products for documentation, reporting, and tracking purposes.
