SAIC is looking for a Developer in Anniston, AL
Work as part of a collaborative system and application development team to develop, maintain, customize and support client's integrated registration, analytics, and data management systems, web, intranet and SharePoint sites and other related system, application, and data management development tasks.
Job Duties:
Provide programming and analyst support for the analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of the client's web-based analytics, training administration and student identification systems.
Collaborate with team members and end users to analyze, troubleshoot, test, and resolve identified issues and develop modifications and enhancements.
Provide quality control on existing code, code documentation, and configuration management.
Design and develop new applications and programs as needed.
Create and perform database queries to obtain and provide data reports.
Collaborate with client and end users to identify and develop goals and requirements.
Develop conceptual design models and flowcharts.
Provide and assist with end user training.
Assist with help desk related issues as needed.
Develop and deliver demonstrations and other presentations to end users and client.
Assist with creation and editing of technical documentation (i.e. user guides, system manuals, etc.)
Identify and present innovative ideas and opportunities for new projects, applications, solutions, modifications and enhancements.

Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Must be a United States Citizen.
Must be eligible to obtain U. S. DHS Entrance on Duty Clearance, prior to starting on the project.

years programming experience in C# using 3.0/3.5
frontend and middle tier development.
2
years client-side JavaScript development.
Proven working knowledge with MVC framework.
Proven advanced/expert skills with current versions of Visual Studio and SQL Server.
2
years experience in technical writing, code documentation, and configuration management.
Advanced knowledge and skills in object-oriented programming and quality control for integrated systems.
Working knowledge of version control.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Cooperative, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
Willing to seek assistance from colleagues and provide assistance to colleagues.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Working knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Working knowledge of Team Foundation Server
Working knowledge with JSON and XML data
Working knowledge of CSS and HTML
Working knowledge of DotNetNuke Module development
Education:
B.A./B.S. in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems and 2 years relevant experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of college degree
