Summary:
Coordinate all Cost Accounting activities; Support training and development of accounting staff; Inventory Analysis; Variance analysis and special reports.
Duties:
1. Prepare, maintain, and support execution of physical inventory procedures.
2. Analysis of negative inventories.
3. Assist with variance analysis of material and labor.
4. Prepare account reconciliations.
5. Perform cost roll-ups in QAD.
6. Assist in preparation of Annual Operating Plan.
7. Responsible for Product Change Order Process.
8. Analyzes financial reports and records and makes recommendations relative to the accounting of reserves, assets and expenditures.
9. Assist with plant financial reporting, preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
10. Assist with the preparation and coordination of all activities in support of plant audits.
11. Be knowledgeable of corporate policies and procedures as they relate to the accounting process and Sarbanes-Oxley.
12. Prepare Capital Spending Request (PAR) and maintain project status report.
13. Assist with completion of monthly Hyperion financial reporting and requirements.
14. Prepare monthly Platform Profitability report
15. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
Analytical skills and problem solving capacities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
