Main duties and responsibilities Provide administrative and secretarial support for the HR Director and HR Manager.
Typing, filing, and scheduling including travel coordination, meeting coordination, presentation preparation, and correspondence.
Requirements 1
years as a receptionist or other customer service field Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Strong interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong editing skills (grammar, word usage, and spelling) Strong customer service skills and professional phone presence Neat and professional in appearance Ability to create and maintain an organized filing system Typing speed of 60WPM or better Ability to operate a multi-line phone system WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD Working knowledge of Kronospan products Bilingual Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience What we offer As a company dedicated to its associates, we offer numerous benefits and advantages:
