The Director of Agent Services must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
The right person for this position will be friendly and outgoing with a strong desire to help and serve others.
The Director of Agent Services will assist the Market Center leadership with agent intake and exit processes and be seen as the go-to person for all the agent inquiries within the Market Center.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the agent onboarding program.
Work with agents in small groups and one-on-one.
Serve as the Market Center Tech Trainer for the agents.
Social media expert.
Manage office SM accounts and marketing.
Training coordinator.
Own the office training calendar and ensure rooms are set up and torn down properly.
Assist with all market center events; coordinate 3rd party vendor trainings and presentations.
Requirements:
Extraordinary people skills; able to work with a wide range of personality types and always have a positive outlook.
Goal setting, planning, and accountability skills.
Comfortable with making phone calls, establishing connections, and communicating KW value.
High level of knowledge and comfort working with software such as:
Microsoft office suite, Google Apps, CRMs, most social media platforms.
Comfortable with Windows, IOS, and Android operating systems.
Ease of learning and working with new technology/software/apps.
Knowledge of real estate is a plus! Can do attitude and willingness to take on any task.
MORE DETAILED DESCRIPTION Agent Onboarding Completes and oversees all aspects of the agent onboarding procedure.
Completes sign on packet and processes necessary documents when a new associate joins Schedules and performs agent office orientation including technology training in groups and 1:
1 as needed Assists agents with Keller Williams Technology Emails office announcements and social media announcements for new agents Coordinates Training Classes and Agent to Leadership Support Creates and distributes monthly training calendar and team meetings no later than one full week prior to the scheduled meetings and the 20th of the prior month for the training calendar.

Adds all classes with descriptions to the online MC Intranet training calendar, maintaining the training tracker input Is a support system and go to for agents in the market center Ensures materials are ready for classes including instructor materials and handouts Confirms instructors upon creating calendar as well as day before class Maintains inventory of training sign-in sheets Maintains relationship with current sponsors while cultivating new sponsors for Team Meetings, special events, etc.
Updates and creates flyers for leadership team members Monthly Meetings/Awards/Special Events Coordinates and sets up the room and gets all materials printed and ready in the room prior to meeting starting.
Ensure all equipment is working properly.
Coordinates special events (training / social), including obtaining sponsors Oversees the production and carrying out of special contests and events along with the Market Center Leadership.
Creates and posts updates for social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
) Sends out and posts all change notices for classes and events Other Learns all procedures of the Front desk including scheduling appointments, distributing mail and answering phones Front Desk relief for lunch, days off and scheduled vacations Maintains agent services email and responds to agents within 1 business day Working knowledge and instruction of all technical tasks, including office computer upgrades, drivers, Command, wireless connection, basic computer use, etc.
Troubleshoot technical issues prior to calling tech support companies.
Participates in technology committee meetings to stay on top of needs, teach and learn new tools coming out.
