Count chicks and react according to SOP.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Knowledge of chick residue breakout.
Count chicks per flock according to SOP.
Perform chick quality tests.
Perform egg pack inspection procedures.
Perform timely and accurate data entry to QA spreadsheet.
Accurately perform candling procedures.
Any other task deemed necessary by management.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM Ideally you will have previous hatchery experience.
Work cooperatively in a team environment.
THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT You will work inside a poultry hatchery facility, and handling live birds.
You'll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights.
