Responsibilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional and polite manner Be responsible for the distribution of all incoming and outgoing communication Preparation and handling of confidential correspondence reports, memos and letters Preparation of daily, weekly monthly reports, Representing the company at networking functions and outreach activities Data entry of required information Attend meetings and scribe minutes Work independently and/or as a team member Assist in setting up training sessions Assist in developing communications and materials Perform duties as dictated by senior management team Role model in terms of work habit, attitude, professionalism Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
