Under limited supervision, the Senior Program Manager will lead in the design, development, production and sustainment of assigned programs.
Function as the primary company interface to the customer while managing the technical, cost, schedule, and risk.
This role will also be responsible to communicate with company leadership on the plans, status, issues and risks while leading a multi-functional program team to achieve overall programs success.
Responsible for program compliance with government and corporate laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures Execute program activities in accordance with established company program management procedures.
Manage the technical, cost, schedule, and risk of assigned programs.
Establish and meet all program and project financial goals such as cash flow, orders, sales and profit.
Function as the primary company interface to the customer for assigned programs and projects to ensure customer satisfaction Lead, develop, select and retain talent through employee engagement, coaching and training activities.
