CSRs are responsible for the successful management of customer relationships that lead to meeting monthly office performance goals.
Responsibilities include:
Customer Service and Relationship Building Contacting & developing solutions with customers Maintaining customer records Processing loan applications, customer payments, and closing loans Marketing to current customers and potential new customers General support to the office manager Qualified applicants should have:
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work beyond standard work hours if necessary to meet company goals Basic computer skills Valid driver's license, and reliable transportation Key words:
