Logistics Training Support Technician

Description Primary
Responsibilities:
oProvide assistance to the Logistics ManageroSupports training delivery through the care, maintenance, and accountability of all training equipment and supplies.
oPerform general clerical duties, create and submit assigned reports in an effective, efficient and timely manner.
oStrong interpersonal, communication, written, typing and oral skills, including the ability to work well as part of a team.
oOrder and issue company uniform shirts, awards and plaques for senior staff, instructors, subcontractors, and team leads, and track fulfillment.
oMaintain the department key control and logs, issue keys for vehicles and assigned buildings daily, conduct key inventories for the company quarterly.
oTrack training support purchases through the document registry, submit weekly reports and make daily updates as needed.
oNormally receives some instructions on routine work orders and specific instructions on new work order assignments to be updated and submitted.
oManage and organize the department calendar, pick up and deliver company mail.
oGenerate purchases requests forms, obtain vendor quotes, research best prices and order items as needed.
oAssist the property book officer with logistics inventory of training equipment at training venues as required.
oMaintain status of department personnel required training.
oAssist with setup and recovery of training equipment at training venues as required.
oSubmit monthly vehicle fuel and mileage usage report to the government.
oCreate shipping request for freight.
oTravels in support of job requirements.
(Less than 10%)oOperate Non-CDL government vehicles.
oComply with all safety procedures.
Basic
Qualifications:
oHigh school graduate or GED equivalent required, and a minimum of three years related experience.
oAbility to lift, turn, and carry heavy equipment (up to 60 pounds) to support training.
oPerform detailed tasks under time constraints.
oMust be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
oAbility to work with people at different levels.
oPossess a valid state driver's license.
oSuccessfully complete Leidos pre-placement screenings including, but not limited to, criminal background check, financial institutions/credit bureau check, and drug testing, oSuccessfully complete FEMA background/security check.
oComplete disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act oDue to Federal Contract Regulations, U.
S.
citizenship is required.
oMust have an accepted form of government-issued ID compliant with the Real ID Act Pay Range:
Pay Range $31,200.
00 - $48,000.
00 - $64,800.
00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
