Controls the operational function of all assigned internet sites, handles customer service issues, supervises, and trains all assistants, works with key store and department employees, to ensure inventory is controlled efficiently.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Advises President and Head Internet Sales Manager of orders pending completion, all problems, and daily shipping status.
Works to maintain control of all paperwork for the accounting of merchandise to ensure accurate inventories.
Assists in keeping fiscal inventory keeping within 1% shrinkage.
Monitor all incoming internet orders assigned.
Ability to fill orders or assign to other stores.
Responsible for assigned internet shipping, tracking, and maintenance of shipping supplies inventory.
Responsible for assigned site maintenance- including but not limited to:
Adding, Updating, Changes, and Removal of images, content, and description.
Works with Head internet Sales Manager to issue releases from C.
O.
W.
Works with Head internet Sales Manager to issue transfers between stores.
Ensures all orders assigned have rapid turn around time.
Handles customer service, ensure refunds are handled properly.
Keeps the buying staff updated on good items, poor performing items, and problems concerning merchandise.
Update buying staff trend reports to reflect product internet sales.
Knowledge of cash register and return procedures.
Maintains accurate and neat customer files.
Ability to work with store employees to ensure product is shipped.
Ability to work with computers to handle merchandise sites.
Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Computer experience a plus.
